The Capri is one of our newest design plans, and it is a great illustration of how we constantly improve our homes by listening to our valued customers who live in them.
The Capri is better in every way than the extremely popular Floridian it replaces in our portfolio of designs. You can see just how much better it is by visiting our brand new fully furnished model of the Capri at our Palm Bay sales center on Emerson Drive.
As you arrive, you’ll notice right away that this is an especially good looking home from the street. Walk inside and marvel at 11 foot 4 inch high ceilings and huge windows everywhere you turn. See how the gourmet kitchen, casual dining café and family room flow to keep everyone connected and having fun. Notice how the fourth bedroom could work perfectly as an in-law suite with its triple-duty private-guest-pool bath. And speaking of suites, we’ve topped even ourselves with the elegant master suite in this home.
